LJS Foundation Crack repair system

LJS Foundation Crack Repair System is a specially designed system that will repair cracks in concrete and masonry foundation walls.  The LJS Crack Repair System uses our specialy designed LJS TEG Epoxy Repair System. This self priming epoxy has a 15% to 18% elongation to tolerate minor foundation wall movement.

We start by cutting the foundation wall crack with a light-weight chipping hammer in a 'U' like fashion. We sometimes are able to cut into the crack 3/4 to 1 inch deep. We cut and prepare the full length of the intire crack. After this is completed, the crack is vacuumed to remove all dust and debris. Once the crack had been properly prepared, the LJS TEG Epoxy is placed into the crack. The LJS TEG Epoxy is extended on both sides of the crack approximately 1 1/2 inches. we play a nylon/reinforced cotton fabric into th epoxy. We than place additional LJS TEG Epoxy to saturating the fabric. The LJS TEG Epoxy System final finish is a light grey to blend with the concrete foundation wall.
