LJS Leaking Crack Repair System is a specially designed repair system that will repair leaking foundation cracks in concrete and masonry foundation walls. The LJS Leaking Crack Repair System uses our LJS Flex-Gel II Urethane to stop running water. Along with our LJS TEG Epoxy yRepair System, a self priming epoxy that has a 15% to 18% elongation to tolerate minor wall movement

LJS starts by cutting the wall crack with a light-weight chipping hammer in a 'U' fashion. We sometimes are able to cut into the crack 3/4 to 1 inch deep. We cut and prepare the full length of the crack. After this is completed, the crack is vacuumed to remove all dirt and damp debris. We then drill a 3/8 inch hole and install high pressure brass injectors into the crack to intercept the running water. Under low pressure, we inject the LJS Flex Gell II urethane into the leaking crack. Once the water is stopped and the crack has been cleaned prepared, the LJS TEG Epoxy  is placed into the crack. The LJ TEG Epoxy extends on both sides of the crack approx. 1 1/2. We then incorporate a reinforced cotton with nylon fabric onto the epoxy. We place additional LJS TEG Epoxy saturating the fabric.
